Returns

Since our products are in virtual form, it is not possible take back products once activated on buyers computer.

It is user responsibility to check hardware code before entering in purchase form. Once play password has been sent to user, we will assume purchase completed and there after no new password shall be sent, nor any refund shall be issued, in case of any error.

Refund

We issue refund only in certain condition, based on evidence given by payer :

• when payment is deducted twice due to technical issue.
• Payment failed but amout debited.
• other genuine causes
